Proxy Settings Error

3.0.0.17 has been released which fixes issues related to SSL. This is also what was causing the proxy popup and such.

I have had it running since lunchtime, perhaps just for me, but, it seems to run much better. Finding a lot more packs, and quicker too, and the downloads are much faster than on my .14 version.
