Ever since the first release of catcher we added some timer function which would swap all inactive memory to disk and if needed would reload it back into RAM. Yea.. from the 3 sites, only 1 is online at the moment. I will add some more error checking when the sites are offline and display a more appropriate message instead of the error popup

You guys are running the latest version?
Is filtering or sorting enabled?
Never tried with 600.000 packs.. but give me some days and i'll get back to you.

Are you using the Basic version?
If so, this is already fixed in PRO and will be included in the next Basic update.
